The Design Process

Taking a traditional neighborhood development from vision to reality requires careful planning, an eye for detail, and the skill and expertise of the finest architects, designers and land planners.

We are committed to transforming the Ford Property into an authentic and meaningful traditional neighborhood. To that end, the company has invested substantial time and money in what the neighborhood will look like and how it will blend into the surrounding communities.

When building in a typical A-1 zoned neighborhood begins, homes are typically constructed in somewhat of a random fashion. One's built here, one's built there. As a result, residents often have to deal with the inconveniences of construction - building noise, muddy streets, debris, increased traffic, etc. - for longer than is necessary.

With Rouzan, our plan is to develop the property phase by phase. Not only does this reduce construction time, it also quickly gives each resident that sense of security and community that comes with being surrounded by neighbors.

Our design team has created an expansive selection of approved architectural plans residents will be able to choose from. Knowing that a home should reflect the characteristics of its owner, plans can be customized with the guidance of an architect from our list of approved Architect's Guild members.

Maintaining the quality of architecture in Rouzan is of utmost concern. As a result, the community will have its own "town architect" to review all plans and designs to ensure they comply with the established guidelines and regulations.

To ensure the highest quality when it comes to construction, Rouzan plans to create a Builder's Guild. This organization will consist only of those builders who meet the neighborhood's exacting standards when it comes to quality construction and architectural design.
