The Mimosa District

Our team is proud to announce The Mimosa District as the first phase of Rouzan. Building on tradition, The Mimosa District is connected to the patterns of Southdowns and will reflect the rich traditions and culture of South Baton Rouge. The neighborhood will feature single-family residences in a variety of regionally influenced styles and sizes.

The Mimosa District of Rouzan will offer a wide range of home sites and house styles. The master planners and village architects have prepared a collection of house plans labeled "The Rouzan Collection." These architectural plans will be available to select from or you will have the ability to design a custom home with your preferred architect, utilizing the Rouzan Design Guidelines.

The Mimosa Street District evokes the character of Southdowns and will reflect the rich traditions and culture of South Louisiana. This area of Rouzan will feature single-family residences in a variety of regionally -influenced styles and sizes.
