JTS is committed to transforming the Ford Property into an authentic and meaningful traditional neighborhood. To that end, the company has invested substantial time and money in what the neighborhood will look like and how it will blend into the surrounding communities.

To ensure the highest quality when it comes to construction, Rouzan plans to create a Builder’s Guild. This organization will consist only of those builders who meet the neighborhood’s exacting standards when it comes to quality construction and architectural design.

When building in a neighborhood begins, homes are typically constructed in somewhat of a random fashion. One’s built here, one’s built there. As a result, residents often have to deal with the inconveniences of construction – building noise, muddy streets, debris, increased traffic, etc. – for longer than is necessary.

With Rouzan, our plan is to develop the property phase by phase. Not only does this reduce construction time, it also quickly gives each resident that sense of security and community that comes with being surrounded by neighbors.
